Return Process

    Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Provide Documentation

    Attach clear photos of the damaged bottle, the label, and the shipping packaging to help us process your claim with the carrier.

    Await Authorization

    Our cellar masters will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once the damaged goods are verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
