Dry amber wine, produced from specially selected Khikhvi grapes grown in the village Manvi, located in the Kakheti region, Georgia. The wine has been vinified according to the Georgian traditional winemaking method in Qvevri (clay vessel), fermented and matured during 6 months with skin contact. Additionally, it has been aged in bottles. The wine is amber in color with a distinguished bouquet, reminiscent of dried flowers, fig jam and ripe pears. It has a well-balanced palette with tannins and dried fruit flavors. Best paired with: grilled poultry, a variety of aged cheeses, barbecue. Best served at: +12°-14°C
